Aerial Yoga - In aerial yoga, we use a soft, fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling to support our bodies as we move through various poses
Vinyasa/Anusara Yoga - Warm up with Sun Salutations that will give you a full range of motion in the body and toning in the muscles. Continue through a standing series that develops better alignment and awareness in the body before coming to the floor for a closing stretch series and relaxation.
Community Yoga - A yoga class ideal for beginners and beyond. Instructors rotate weekends to give a variety of teaching styles to participants. This class is always affordable for all structured as "Pay What You Can"
Yin + Yoga Nidra - The first 30 minute Yin practice will relieve tension, increase mindfulness and our inner awareness. We will then transition to a 40 minute healing Nidra practice to promote total mental, physical and emotional relaxation.
Restorative Yoga - A form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props.
