Kid's Aerial Yoga. Class begins May 10th, reserve your spot now! Limited space available.

Your kids will love coming to our aerial yoga classes where learning and play are synonymous! We joyfully integrate sensory enrichment, training for healthy coping skills, social skills education, development of physical skills such as balance & coordination, brain education with mindfulness curriculum and peaceful living strategies. All levels, ages 8-14! Your child will come away from our once a week class series with calming strategies for every day life and a new skill set for movement and body awareness. This 4 week series with introduce the basic skills for aerial yoga. Kids should come dressed ready for class in clothing without velcro, snaps, zippers and other material that may snag the fabrics. No jewelry, hair clips that may snag and please check nails. Sharp fingernails may snag material as well. Minimum 3 kids in class to run the series.

Pose Breakdown Yoga

New yoga class breaking down yoga poses into detail for better alignment in your practice. This is a great class for the notice or the seasoned yogi. Feel better with your practice by seeing and feeling how the small adjustments benefit your practice.

$3 Community Yoga

Now offering Community Yoga at both locations every Saturday at 8:15am at Badger Health Center and 9:15am at Fitness & Wellness. This is a yoga class to be kind to your heart and to our pocketbooks. Community Yoga classes are offered at a reduced price so that they are accessible to everyone. Each week be introduced to a new instructor offering a great opportunity to move, breath and relax.

Are you ready to relieve some of that pregnancy weight tension? How about strengthening the pelvic floor to get yourself ready for labor and delivery? Yoga helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will come in handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. In fact, one of the first things you learn in a yoga class is how to breathe fully. Not only are you learning to relax and relieve tension, yoga classes are a great way to meet other pregnant women and to become part of a community. Being in a positive, supportive environment with others can give you a regular emotional boost and keep you motivated to continue exercising. Bring along your birthing partner so you have these techniques to use during labor together.
